Reiki is a safe, holistic form of alternative healing. However, neither a Reki treatment or a
Reiki attunment should be used as a substitute for medical care, if that is what is needed.

Reiki energy is a safe, natural healing energy. You don’t need any special qualities or
qualifications to be attuned to Reiki. Everyone has the ability to channel Reiki energy but
only people who have been ‘attuned’ can use this ability.

A Reiki attunement allows you to channel Reiki energy for the benefit of yourself or others.

There are four levels of Reiki attunement.
A Reiki Level One attunement is suitable for those in the caring professions who want to
add another dimension to their work. It is also suitable for people who would simply like
the ability to give healing to themselves and their family, friends, or pets.

A Reiki Level Two attunement is suitable for those who have already been attuned to Reiki
One and would like to take their Reiki further, perhaps to be able to do treatments profess-
ionally or simply to expand their knowledge of Reiki.

A Reiki Level Three attunement is suitable for those who have already been attuned to Reiki
Two and wish to enhance the power of their treatments and expand their knowledge of Reiki.

A Reiki Master attunement is suitable for those who have been attuned to Reiki Three and
would like to teach and attune others to Reiki energy.

Attunements take place over one day each (usually between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm) and
include a full day’s training, attunement and a full manual and certificate as well as ongoing
support.
