Louise L Hay is an American author and counsellor. Her book “You Can Heal Your Life”
has sold 250,000 copies in the United Kingdom alone and been translated into fourteen
different languages. Many people are now turning to her philosophy as a way of enriching
their lives.

Through her own life experiences Louise has come to believe that our thoughts shape our
future. She also believes that by loving ourselves more we can radically change for the
better, the world we experience every day. She believes that the relationships we have
with the people and things in our lives always mirrors the relationship we have with
ourselves.

Her life changing techniques are gentle yet powerful, helping people to create a better life
for themselves whatever place they start from. Her books are simply inspirational and a joy
to read.

However, reading a book sometimes isn’t enough. We can all find very genuine excuses not
to put the ideas and exercises into practise. This is where joining a group or attending a
workshop can help. You’re guided through the philosophies and exercises and encouraged to
find out what they mean to you personally. And you can do this in the company of others
who are trying, just like you are, to improve their lives.
